Leaning towards the New Orleans roots and going with a Bananas Foster taste told the story best. For the base, we used a bold black tea decorated with swampy green tea sprinkled with yellow chamomile fireflies.\n\nThe fireflies are not only represented in the yellow banana and the yellow chamomile flowers, but also in the famous rum glaze of the Bananas Foster. To create the glaze, the dish is flambéed, and the fire imagery comes back to the fireflies.\n\nThe overall taste is a glorious dessert blend with a sticky caramelized rum taste and sweet banana.
