Who knew that someone once referred to as a big “walking carpet” would have such a refined taste in tea. After all, he is always thinking with his stomach. This blend is a unique mix of three different types of tea; roasted green tea, rooibos and black tea. The roasted green tea, traditionally called Houjicha, is blended with an amaretto flavored rooibos. Then we added a generous amount of warming cinnamon, and a sprinkling of black gunpowder tea. The overall flavor is spiced almond with some extra toasty notes.
𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐞𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
• Use one heaping teaspoon per 8 oz cup of water.
• Let steep 3-5 minutes in hot water 210° (boiling).
